INGREDIENTS (4 people):
- 2 kg of chicken
- 3 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 0.5 dl of soy sauce


Lacquered orange duck: Step 1.

Put the duck in a large pot covered with water. Add the soy sauce, honey, 2 dl of orange juice, 2 pieces of orange peel and another 2 of lemon. Keep on low heat with the pot covered for 60 minutes.


Lacquered orange duck: Step 2.

Preheat the oven to 180º C. Remove the duck from the pot and let dry. Strain half of the broth obtained and put in a saucepan to reduce until it thickens. Paint the whole duck with that sauce with the help of a brush.


Lacquered orange duck: Step 3.

Bake the duck for 30 minutes, painting it with the sauce several times throughout the roast. The duck will be a golden color, crispy skin and juicy and tender meat. Plaster with a few slices of orange.
