This beautiful 226 square meter loft duplex, distributed in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it was renovated by the Home Select team to adapt to modern times, betting in turn on open and bright environments that invite the most absolute relaxation inside doors.

You just have to take a look at the height of the ceilings and the large windows that dress the living room-kitchen-dining room, to realize that we are facing a house as unusual as it is fortunate, which contemplates the trees and vegetation that enliven the interior courtyard of this former 17th-century convent.

After the rehabilitation, the original historical essence of the convent was maintained.

When we arrived at the house, we found open spaces, exposed brick, bare wooden trusses and mansard roofs. A space with light, and a house with an incredible volume, due to the height of ceilings.

One of the most important changes was the stabbing of the floor, going from a dark wood that was stained in avenge color to a natural wood, varnished in water.

The furniture chosen is quite eclectic, mixing design pieces from the second half of the 20th century, with more modern ones, such as chairs Gubi or Flos lamps in the dining room.
