INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 500 g of minced meat
- 2 garlic
- 1 onion
- 3 broth tablets
- 4 green peppers
- 200 g of tomato sauce
- 1 glass of white wine
- 200 g of cooked rice
- Oregano
- Cumin
- Pepper
- Salt

Clean the peppers. Cut the top and remove the seeds inside. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.

Put a pan on the fire with oil. Add the onion and garlic. When they are transparent, add the meat, oregano, pepper, cumin, wine, tomato sauce and a meat broth pill. Cook 15 minutes.

Wash the rice, Strain it and add to the mixture. Salt and stir well. Fill the peppers with the mixture. Dissolve a pill of meat broth in a cup of water. Put a pot on the fire with the meat broth and lay in it the 6 stuffed peppers. Cook the peppers 15 or 20 minutes. adding a little more broth in the middle of cooking if necessary.
