This dish cannot be healthier and fresher. A sea bass tartare will be the ideal starter for a summer menu and also a light and nutritious dinner.
INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 600 g of sea bass
- 200 g canned artichokes
- 2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Extra virgin olive oil
Difficulty: Easy Time: 30 min
Here is the step by step:
Wash and cut the lemons in half. Squeeze the four halves and reserve the juice. Grate your skin. Put in a bowl the lemon juice, a teaspoon of sugar, the lemon zest and 2 dl of water.
Drain the artichokes. Once they are dry, cut them into slices. Cut the sea bass into small cubes; to Salt. Put the artichokes and sea bass in a bowl with the lemon water. Leave in the fridge 20 minutes.
Pour into the bowls where the tartar is to be served a teaspoon of oil. Add, in this order, a little of the marinade of sea bass, artichokes, sea bass, chopped chives and crushed black pepper.
